unfriendly staff

leaking air-conditioning

this hotel is truly underwhelming. the air-conditioning leaked and made incessant noises, keeping me awake all night. I expected complimentary snacks upon arrival, yet all I got were stale biscuits. it’s no wonder the staff are unfriendly when the experience was so dismal. almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn’t, what a shame.

Perfect spot for exploring!

Spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved the location! So close to Raffles and the MRT, made getting around super easy. The wifi was a bit slow at times, but not a big deal. Found a cool snack bar nearby for late-night munchies. Rooms could use a refresh, though.

the location is amazin, super close to bugis and easy to find MRT stations. the mini bar was great, they refilled it daily with snacks n drinks. security was tight, only guests with key cards can use the lifts which felt safe. the staff were really kind and helpful when we needed directions. the room was comfy enough for a couple on a short trip.

the room could use some updates as it felt a bit dated. also, the restaurant didn't open early enough for breakfast.

my previous stay in the city wasn’t great, but the victoria exceeded my expectations on this honeymoon trip. the location was so convenient, with a bus stop right in front and only a short walk to bugis junction. the staff were extremely nice and helpful, making our stay feel special.

the air-conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed.
